Thai-China One Belt One Road Investment Trade Association was established in accordance with the Trade Association Act B.E. 2509 (1966) and is under the supervision of the Central Registrar of Trade Associations, Bangkok
TCBRI believes that the collaboration with trust, integrity, honor and mutual understanding will lead to sustainable prosperity and stability Although the Belt Road Initiative (the New Silk Road) was initiated by China, but it seems the global inclusive strategy connecting trade and culture among countries around the world, both land and sea.
By 2030, China’s GDP is estimated to reach 160 billion yuan, and the active Chinese workforces who were born after 1990 will increase to 430 million. They have high purchasing power and different consumption tastes. Therefore, the world’s production will change from Made in China to Made for China.
There are several pains of Chinese investors who suffers in BRII countries. There are lack of information in foreign investment decisions; lack of knowledge and understanding of the local market, lack of knowledge of the domestic laws and regulation of the interested country, including the uncertainty of the policies and laws in some countries.
Thailand, one of the countries on Belt Road Initiative, has ability to create collaboration and opportunities in various forms with countries on the New Silk Road especially China.

MOA Signing Ceremony
On September 9, 2023 at Kasetsart University.
Dr.Tarakorn Wuttisatirakul, President of the Thai-China One Belt One Road Investment Trade Association and Chairman of BRI Institute of Research Development on Economic and Education (BRIIRD) and Associate Professor Methinee Wongwanich Rumpagaporn, Chairman of Kasetsart Entreprenuership Education Program (KEEP), Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University.

The collaborative objectives focus on Research and Academic Services between each other and co-host national and international academic conferences; Knowledge Exchange and Activities on educational quality development to create a network of cooperation between each other; Entrepreneurial Development programs and activities; and Networking Collaboration among BRI Network.
It includes Program on Entreprenuer Enhancement of BRI people-to-people.
Workshop and Seminar on RCEP Next Station
On April 26, 2022, Dr. Tarakorn Wuttisatirakul, the president of the Thai-China One Belt One Road Investment Trade Association, was speaker of Wokshop and Seminar “RCEP Next Station”, under the “Born Global” SMEs entreprenuership Project, It was held at The Emerald Hotel Ratchada, Bangkok. The activitit was organized by the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP). It aims to educate, to promote and to build skills as an export entrepreneur. It includes how to take advantage of RCEP Free Trade Agreements (FTA) in creating business opportunities in foreign markets.
* RCEP stands for Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership. Effective since January 1, 2022, it consists of 15 member countries; namely 10 ASEAN countries, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
